Collective Care Circles for HR/P&C
Once a month · Online
A place to return, inside work — together.
As HR professsionals, we carry the emotional weight of injustice, people’s pain, unseen workload, and an impossible standard that is — in many workplaces — actually legislated. You are alone in your profession in a way that most people around you cannot comprehend.
This offering is for a Collective Care Circle that doesn’t intend to fix this, but gives us a space where the weight is acknowledged, the burden is shared, and the systems are gently unpicked — by people who know exactly what you mean when you describe it.

A way to see your actual role in the system — how you can do your bit well, and how you can leave the rest.
Who they’re for
These circles are intended. for people working in roles such as:
- People & Culture / Human Resources
- Organisational Development
- Workplace Relations
- Culture, Capability, or Employee Experience
- Senior people-centric leadership roles
They are particularly valuable for those who:
- sit between leadership and staff
- manage emotionally complex situations
- navigate competing organisational demands
- feel the cumulative weight of “holding the system”
How the circles work
Once a month we’ll join online, with each circle being:
- Small (typically 4–8 participants)
- Structured, with clear boundaries and intention
- Confidential, with shared group agreements
- Non-hierarchical, allowing honest reflection
Sessions typically include:
- guided reflective prompts
- shared sense-making
- space to slow down
- careful listening and response
